Sick Day Ramblings

I started my morning by trying to view my own blog for the 1st time on my home computer. I got on and started to view some comments and all of a sudden... the stupid computer decided to "hybernate". I found that I had no way to get the blankety-blank computer to get out of hybernation. Needless to say, I was slightly frustrated. It wasn't until KA arrived in the evening that she pointed out to me that the computer started to hybernate because the computer battery was dying. My wife had neglected to tell me that the other end of the power cable was not connected to the wall outlet.

Anywho, I am now blogging and I've actually been able to comment on Missy's blog. Since I tend to be better at picture attachments than actual writing, here are some pix...
Left to right:
1) The RIGHT Coast gang during Christmas at Dad's place, (The week before Xmas, actually).
2) The reason that Monadnock State Park exists and my reason for being a Park Ranger this passed summer
3) Our front porch in October

Great pics, Dad! I love the one of Mt. Monadnock; think I might make that my new wallpaper.

I know what you mean about blankety-blank computer batteries. Mine is so old, it can't last thirty seconds without being plugged in!

Oh yeah, and I never did get that cold! I stayed in a house with three sickies (Ryan, Saundra and John!) and the day we left I was stuffed up and had a sore throat, but the next morning I felt fine. Boy does that put a burr under Ryan's saddle! He's still coughing...

FYI, the tree in the middle picture was taken in Kennybunk Port. The hanging bulbs are ocean bouys and the top ornament is a lobster holding a star. It was very cute.
